Referring a student to an outside provider usually means losing visibility until an end-of-term report arrives. That is the part we set out to fix.
Real-time progress in your counselor dashboard
We built our own counselor dashboard so you can watch a referred student move through a course as it happens — module by module, as work is graded — rather than emailing for an update.
Signing up with an Edvizion ID
Counselors create access using their Edvizion ID. If your district already issues one, there is no separate account to request and no onboarding call to schedule.
What you can see
Coursework completion as it is graded by the teacher of record. Digitally proctored exam attempts and outcomes, including retakes. And transcript delivery — so you can confirm a credit actually reached the student record.
What you do not have to do
You do not have to supervise a testing session, initiate the transfer conversation, or chase a transcript. Exams are digitally proctored, we contact your school to confirm the credit will be accepted, and transcripts are free to send.
